The State MOU signing and Programme Launch was held on Saturday 14th November 2009.

The MOU was signed in the Government house with the Governor of the state, Rt. Hon Rotimi Chibuike Amechi and some LGA Chairmen representing the State. The EU team was made up of Ramon Reigada Granda,(Head of Section), Ms Michaella Wright(DG Dev Official) and Maryam Abdu (Project Officer). Mr A.A .Taiwo(Assistant Director ICD) and Mr Ikem Azubuike (Desk Officer) came from the National Planning Commission, and the Team Leader Mrs Margeret Hammer and the Logistics Officer Mr Akpabio Udo, represented the PMU
